Look, -------, the PIClist is a great resource if used properly, but this is
clearly abuse.  I don't mind helping people that tried to find things on
their own but couldn't get the answer or ended up with a misconception.
This happens to everyone occasionally.

However, asking 2000 people to take time out from their lives to help you
with a problem should not be done lightly.  Have you no shame!?  If you are
having problems with the UART, then at least you should re-read the UART
chapter of the manual before bothering other people.  It is the large volume
of messages on this list that often make it too time consuming to provide an
in-depth answer to legitimate questions.  You have not only told 2000 people
from whom you seek a favor that their time is worth less than yours, you may
have also prevented others who have done their homework from getting a
decent answer.
