Hello,

    I've found a very interesting AGC circuit at
http://www.elecdesign.com/1998/aug0398/ifd/2IFD.pdf, but it asks for a
P-Channel FET with VGSoff < 5V.

    The circuit suggests J176, 2N5019 and 2N5116 but I can't find these
parts on Digikey. It seens to be very hard to find parts.

    There's a more popular part I could use?
