Got a Hosfelt catalog and must say that they have some great prices in
there.
As a quick example, 7805 regulators are $0.25 each in single-piece
quantities.
Digikey is approx $0.50 IIRC.

They are not a super-wide-range supplier like Digikey etc, but worth
checking out,
especially for us hobbyist types.
