I presume you mean the error of a hardware USART ? Baud
rate accuracy depends on the choice of crystal. With an
18.432MHz crystal you can get 2400bps 0.00% error using
BRGH=0 and SPBRG=29

2400 = ( (18432000/4) / (64(29+1) )
