Intersil 4080, but it is a single full H FET driver. Has built in PWM, but
can be driven from an external PWM.

The other ones to look at are ST L6203 from memory. I got these from Farnell
some years ago. This is an integral power driver full bridge with enable,
and 4A capability. Bolts straight to a heatsink at right angles to a PCB.
