You would have to fill in a customs form saying what it is, whether it has any commercial value and sign it. That and the cost to mail it would be slightly higher.. dont think about surface mail unless the person doesn't want the part for 3 months. You might have to modify your return policy becuase 10 days might not even see the part arrive in some european countries.
