I did in fact mean to type "KHz" but I wasn't thinking about the actual frequency, which obviously is MHz, as you stated. I think I might instead try to go the other way and simply drop the frequency down to 1 MHz for the circuit. It doesn't necessarily HAVE To function at 4 MHz. In fact, it'll just drop some of the delay values that I have and increase the A/D cycles, that's all. I'll have to check the datasheets to make sure I don't have to change crystal capacitors.
