I posted once regarding a software package called DigiTrace. It's fairly limited, but basically it just uses your parallel port and some software to come up with an 8 channel LA. It's pretty good for free...saved my butt numerous times. The cable lives in my laptop case and comes in really handy when there is no scope around. I highly reccomend it...I tried to contact the author to express my gratitude, and perhaps help develop a small buffer that might improve functionality. He never responded. Pity. Have a search through the archives for my post, it will have the link.
