Not quite watch sized, but Lascar make a DPM module 14h x 30w x 15d
(mm) (model DPM1)
They also do a bare-PCB version which is 21mm wide & 5.5mm deep (model
OEM1)

Both available from Farnell (Stock codes 897991 and 3208084
respectively) and probably others
