Hi Maxim has a video DA. The data sheet shows the internal schematic. Check at http://pdfserv.maxim-ic.com/arpdf/MAX4135-MAX4136.pdf It should give you some idea of how it is all done, basically you need to buffer the input then use the output of the buffer amp to drive the rest of the amps.
