typically the page has been coded with MS FrontPage by someone who does not
know HTML :)

Keep sending emails to the webmaster complaining that your browser does not
render their pages well. :) Don't forget to tell them what your browser is
though. Eventually the message gets through that what they do is not optimum
for everyone.
