The signal from the junction of the 4k7 and 2k5 level control should be able to be taken to a few more op amps. However, the CA3100 does not have a particularly high input impedance (and is also obsolete unfortunately, but there are others around - the Philips NE592 is an 8-pin cheapie) and you should be able to compensate for that with other amplification stages The circuit you refer to has already split the signal 3 ways, could you not just repeat it for further fan out ?
