The terminating resistance is the 75R, and that would be the
major load on the input signal. The signal from the junction of
the 4k7 and 2k5 level control should be able to be taken to a
few more op amps. However, the CA3100 does not have a
particularly high input impedance (and is also obsolete
unfortunately, but there are others around - the Philips NE592
is an 8-pin cheapie) and you should be able to compensate
for that with other amplification stages

The circuit you refer to has already split the signal 3 ways,
could you not just repeat it for further fan out ? Degradation
will probably become apparent the more removed the output
becomes from the input though
