When a page does not work well with a certain browser it is not necessarily due to a problem with a browser. Many times it is because the page designer used a browser specific code and tested her page only with a specific browser. In the example that you mention, the menu is drawn by the JavaScript file http://www.clubcobra.com/menu.js that has a lot of browser specific code (look for 'ie' or 'if (ie)') The bottom line is that when a browser gets a critical mass of user base, page designers start to make sure their pages renders well on that browser. BTW, some of the Mozilla features I like are the Tab based windowing (you can have multiple pages in a single window) and the flexible cookie control (you can tell the browser to expire all cookies after let's say 7 days).
