I think normally for video distribution you need to terminate the video source with 50R or 75R then split it to the op amps, which themselves will have 50R or 75R loads. Some circuits I've seen have 27R as a series resistance before the initial termination resistor > same question for audio amplifiers... That can be done by fanning out the signal through resistors, eg 10k or so depending on the buffer/splitter gain.
