OOPS!  forget the tag!

Hello everyone,

The Firmware version in my ICD is 2.04.00.  I'm running MPLAB 5.61.  The
readme.ICD file says that the current FW version is 2.31.00.  There is this
old expression that states :"If it isn't broke, then don't fix it!". My
question is: should I upgrade to the current FW version, and if so HOW?
Where is the file, and how do I download it to the PIC on the ICD?
