If you want professional and repeatable results you need a good temperature controller and the right temperature "ramps" troughout the soldering process, with pre-heat, flux activation, reflux and colling. I have been using it for quite a while and the results are basically comparable to a 5 zone reflow oven !! Take a look at yahoo groups and you will find a group called ez-bake where you should find all that you need to know and a little more. The group is basically inactive for a while because all the answers are already there. If you have any other questions after looking at the messages I can probably help you out...
