Hum.... Think it's your end. I saw a quite nice wallpaper with electronic symbols over it and text, = pictures of the subject matter. Looked ok to me. But if your saying that perhaps your ISP is blocking your access to = certain web sites then that is possible - I mean they have the = technology if they want to for some reason. I know in certain countries, China for example, there are certain 'cult' = websites that users aren't allowed to access and are blocked. I suppose the only way to prove is to ask another user who uses your ISP = to try or ask the ISP directly. Of course, it could just be a local routing problem or temporary network = outage that will be corrected at some point.
