It may be. The trade name here for it is Veroboard, as it is made by the
company that makes Vero rack enclosures (among other things). You could try
Farnell http://www.farnell.com/ who seem to be happy to export to the USA.
Look for catalogue numbers as follows

Eurocard (160x100mm) single sided strip board  # 451-058

Single sided strip board, 0.1" pitch 366mm x 114mm # 147-899
ditto                     0.2" pitch 457mm x 122mm # 147-897

These have the strips running longways along the board. There is also an X-Y
double sided version with the strips at right angles on the two sides. 0.1"
pitch, 244mm x 221mm # 147-900.

All boards are SRBP, not fibreglass.
