Just tried to download it from http://www.mozilla.org/releases/

and got the error page:

Not Found
The requested URL
/pub/mozilla/releases/mozilla1.0/mozilla-win32-1.0-installer.exe was not
found on this server.

Are you sure it's party time already ?  ;-)
