If you still haven't found what you are looking for I'd look into building the items locally. Surely you have inexpensive subcontractors. Electrolytic tilt sensors are relatively simple to design and build if the required precision is low. The only trick is the electrolyte and here a chemist will help. You get what yuo pay for ...
