For small orders(less than 2 pounds), USPS from them is a lot cheaper(since they
charge by the ounce instead of UPS's minimum). If you pick 'ship by lowest cost
method' they will not choose USPS since there is no tracking/insurance. Shipping for
my current online order is $1.45 .
