Actually hit AmericaII for the first time yesterday.  One
thing I did not like was waiting for someone to track down
a price for me, as opposed to Digikey's system that let's
me shop for parts at the oddest times, like now.  But
the people were very friendly indeed.

Placed my first order with Digikey at 3pm today, and left
the house.  When I got back in tonight, I got an email
stating that it was shipped, UPS ground was only $4.67,
(on $120 worth of parts) and no other charges.  Tracking
# included.  Sweet!

As a quick recap, $25 worth of parts (just 2 semis to be
specific) at Newark came with a bunch of other charges
that brought it up to $38!!!  Included in that was an 11%
sales tax, which is odd, since the sales tax is not 11%
at their sales office, where they shipped it from, nor
here in my homestate.  I doubt this is legal.  They also
added a shipping insurance charge which is odd, since UPS
already insures the parts to $100.

I'll definitely be back at Digikey .... for reasons other
than as a datasheet search engine.  :-)
