I took your advice and add 4 caps 0.1 to input and output.
if trouble occur I can take if off.

yes that is according to the data sheet, but I always put a 0.1uF tiny
ceramic from output to ground and often input to ground without even
thinking about how long the wires are.

It is one of those things you do because if you leave them off, it may work
correctly or it may give you trouble, and it is easier to do away with the
latter right from the start than try to debug it later when it is giving
strange side effects that are hard to track down.
