Hi, Try www.partminer.com. I just went on there and did a search for 681000 (not SM681000LLP07; that restricts you to a specific manufacturer) and got many hits. The hits I saw were for a device from Samsung electronics, and these were many variants of part number KM681000xx. I presume this device is functionally the same? You just need to register and then you can do the search yourself and download varous .pdf's that relate to this device. You don't need to paid up member to get the datasheet for this particular part. The Google results just refer to suppliers stock lists... not much there.
