Recently someone told me how to put resistors on a noppp to get more voltage
out of my laptop lpt but unfortunately I have lost the email.  I think it
was Roman.

I posted earlier about being unable to turn the WDT off in the MPLab Sim.
Switching between two computers with 2 different versions of MPLAB was the
culprit.  There is a setting in the newest (non beta) version that allows
you to turn off the WDT.  It is under [edit project] -> [configure] - be
aware that it will lose your cpu type settings, but once reset, everything
is back on track.
