Has anyone designed a simple, cheap circuit, that boosts a 1.5V battery =
to at least 3V to run a PIC, ideally it should not use much current in =
the conversion < 200ua?.

Any ideas anyone, I have seen circuits that can power 3.6V LED's but I =
suspect they may not be suitable as they are pulsed?
