Odd...  "One version of this company's product didn't work, and they can't
give tech support, so we just gave up and bought their newer product.  We
know it sucks too, but we bought it anyway."

Where else would we make this sort of decision?  Certainly not with any
product I can think of.  Not picking on you, Michael, but I hear this
every day.  Amazing.  There's got to be a better way...  I'm trying KDE 3
next week to see if it's ready for non-UNIX people yet.
