  All computers have it. Just add few coils to 12v winding and
replace capacitors. To regulate this voltage change resistor in
5V regulating loop. (Heat transformer before disassembling)
   I did it to 150v with XT power suply 10 years ago. It works.
   Price of a new computer AT power suply (China) with fan and case  is
about 10 $. If you prefer to build PSU 220v, better copy it.
