In the context of my designs I use SGND (signal Ground) and PGND (power ground) to diferentiate between the isolated signal ground and the incoming power ground. Could be something similar on your schematic? If there is no isolated power source in the schematic, then the two grounds might be tied at a single point in the PCB to maintain analog and digital ground integrity.
