So at this point, a lot of workable options are available -- pain-field generators, audio annoyers, devices to mess with the neighbor's audio, electricals, etc. But what are the laws like out there? Here in the US, doing most of this would get the "victim" in trouble, and I'm sure that's something you want to avoid. How about some feedback on what the "limits" are?
