Here in the US there are serveral retailers nation wide that sell linear amps for cb raidos get you a cb rig and antenna and amp set it up and start talking when the jerk is home. I cant tell you how many times over the years i had this happen to me i be playing music and boom I hear "breaker One Nine" it was my neighbor .
