Who has not MS Office installed on his computer now. > > Mike :>) Ukraine. Many, many people do not have M$ Office installed. It isn't exactly cheap. My take on this is that Roman should be using something like Delphi or C++ Builder or Visual Basic, all of which are nice forms-based RAD environments. The fact that the resulting programs are bloated is just something we've all had to get used to. Luckily hard disk space is close to free these days and bandwidth is getting cheaper and more commonly available. Again, all three of the abovementioned environments support or require having runtime library DLLs installed. Once the DLLs are there, the individual EXEs are not all that huge. Oh, one other thing, Roman. You can often find down-rev versions of Delphi / C++ Builder available surplus for very reasonable pricees. These are the full 'professional' version with no restrictions on usage. Bob Ammerman RAm Systems -- http://www.piclist.com#nomail Going offline?
