I don't know about the specific IR reciever you talk about, but in the past
I have purchased similar recievers with demodulation and pulse shaping all
in one unit (1cm * 1cm * 1.5cm) from Oatley Electronics
(www.oatleyelectronics.com)
who are a surplus house in the south of Sydney (peakhurst) they do mail
orders and I have found them to have excellent service in the past...
