   I could scarcely believe, that someone would pay his taxes to his
government if it would not will to control data encryption algorithms.
The horror of the september events is still in my mind.
   This boy who asked for the help was from one of the third countries.
His address was like .gov. What's the sense in recomending him
data encryption algorithm, controlled by someone's government?
