Yes I know, but the one does not disclude the other, both versions have
their
uses. I could never have written my interpretation without using your code
as an base.
( never dealt with crc's before ). The c-version on your site is extremely
easy to grasp.
Not meant to dish your efforts in any way.
Sometimes one just get that 'hmmm..that should be doable in
x(cycles/dollars/effort/etc) less..'
feeling.
