   Look Bob, this boy who asked for the help is from somewhere
at the other end of the Earth, not US. You propose him US $ Europe
"publicly known and well tested algorithms". You better should
propose him to keep his big secrets directly in the White House
and a copy in the Kremlin, Moscow for more safety.
