Hi. I need to make a window for a product I'm working that's opaque to
visible light and transparent to infrared. I've found many suitable plastics
but they're generally only available as resins, rather than sheet. Since I
only need a few tiny windows, I want to mill them out of a .250"-thick sheet
of acrylic or polycarbonate, but minimum order quantities that I've found
are around 7 sheets (36" x 48") @ $181 each. I found one place who'll sell
me a .125" sheet (4' x 8') for $250.

Does anyone know where I can get suitable plastic sheet, .250" or thicker,
2' x 2' (or thereabouts)?
