Thats what I THOUGHT....you SHOULD be able to detect the PUP external to the
device, yet I cannot, and of course the btfss instruction also acts like it
isn't working.  Dunno yet if its the device or what...I'm going to look at
another board of mine and enable to see if I can see it there.  Should be
simple, just enable it in the option register..I hate it when the simple
isnt so simple..
