Just send their tech support people an e-mail, they're
extremely helpful. I pulled several TI DRAM chips off
a bunch of 8086 motherboards from the "dark ages", and
couldn't find any specs on them. I e-mailed TI and a
fellow there sent me a scanned copy within two days.
This was just last year; not bad for chips that have
probably been out of production for 15 years!
