Thanks Guys

It was the NT OS I loaded on my son's ME box and it worked great.
I guess it is just like the early versions of MPLAB when I started, I
had to dump NT and use 95 to get it to work. You would think that
if Microchip is selling this stuff they would also update it. But then
again if you can download for free it sure beats having to write it.
