Somewhere...I had my answer and now I can't find it again.

I need to tristate output pins as the code is running....if I recall there
is something to do with using the TRIS command, but I thought it was related
to the entire port and not just bits.  I need to basically talk to one bus,
but with two pins, so can't have them on at the same time or else
contention.
