Interesting that ESR kit has exactly the same kit number as
Dick Smith's kit - I believe the original design was published
in Electronics Australia (now defunct) some years ago

I don't use one myself but a techie friend swears by his -
says it's absolutely brill for picking out dodgy capacitors
in monitor PSUs and switch modes
