From your other post and this is seems that you want to be able to erase one or more Flash PIC's such as the 16F84A. I'm not familiar with the JDM Programmer, so you could ask their support directly, but I use a homemade Tait programmer/software under Linux, which does support erase, even with prior code protection. There's a simple -e switch to do this. Perhaps this might be a solution if the JDM doesn't do what you need. I know you are not asking for another programmer, but I offer this solution only because these things are really simple to build and low-cost. -----Original Message----- From: pic microcontroller discussion list [mailto:PICLIST@MITVMA.MIT.EDU]On Behalf Of AMIN Sent: Thursday, May 30, 2002 4:25 AM To: PICLIST@MITVMA.MIT.EDU Subject: help thanks for repplying from the microchip data sheet i found that the pic 16F84A support bulk erase, but i didn't found any software that can accomplish this and that support the JDM programmer is ther any software availlable and can do it thank you -- http://www.piclist.com#nomail Going offline?
