PC Magazine published a free program a while back called finddlls.exe that probably does exactly what you want. It was, however, before XP and I have no idea if it works with it. They periodically update their free ware offerings and may have an update of this. When you run it, it scans your drive and prepares a table of all dll's and indicates which ones call others, which exe's call any given dll and which dll's that it cannot determine are called by anyone (ie, "orphans"). It is only 46K bytes. Check at http://www.pcmag.com in their utilities section or perhaps try to google-ize it.
