Yes possibly, I received a phone call at 3am Oz time from a US
company to tell me I had to pay by foreign draft for two=
 electronics
books. As their bank (so they said) no longer accepts foreign=
 CC.

Thought this was one of the things about Visa/Mastercard it's
international. Oh well - life goes on.
