If it's possible, take the hard drive out and put it into another working
computer as a slave drive.  Then go to www.antivirus.com, follow the links
to the free online scanner and then scan the drive.  It will suggest the
appropriate cleaning programs/procedures to remove the virus.  This is
quickly becoming the only way to clean viruses as so many are becoming quite
good at evading/disabling anti-virus programs.
