Anything that might possibly be used to determine a person's age, race, sex, marital status, parental status, ancestry, nationality, damn near anything. It's really kind of ridiculous when you get all teh way into it, like pretty much anything that lawyers and/or Congresscritters have been meddling in. As a manager, my company requires me to take a four-hour interviewing class once a year. Interviewing can be a legal minefield.
