Call your local security/alarm supply company. There are lots of 'Tunable RF modulators' out there. You'll have to use every other channel because of the sideband leakage inherent in cheap units. The expensive ones, used for CATV head ends, won't have that problem, but they will cost a lot more than your CCD camera did.
