There is no native support in windows 95 for Firewire.  If a hardware
manufacturer wanted their firewire product to work under 95 they'd have
to write a lot more than just a driver, furthermore those products which
require special drivers would also have to have win95 support.

So, in short, no.  I doubt you'll have any reasonable amount of success
getting firewire to work on win95b.
