Those are all future products, according to the Microchip web site.
There are no flash programmable 18-pin DIP parts with A/D that are
currently available.

If you don't need a flash programmable part, there are a 18 and 20 pin
PICs with A/D converters. Availability of many of them seems to be
limited, however.
